Discovery
Let's start with a conversation! We want to hear from you–what you're looking for, whether a known destination or a new experience. We'll start with a brief set of questions to help guide the discussion and search. Everyone travels with different budgets, likes, dislikes and expectations. It can be a simple process for individuals but more challenging for multiple travelers who need to agree on a destination, activities and more. Our process is intended to align, streamline and reduce planning and travel stress.
Itinerary Review
Based on initial conversations, we will present a range of options for each component of your trip, or a customized itinerary based on your budget and desired experience. Hotel pricing is dynamic, and rates do change frequently. Planning well ahead of your travel, especially for a special trip, is advised. However, we often have a heads up for last minute opportunities so staying in touch and knowing about where you want to go next is a great idea.
Confirmation and Reviews
We will send any special requests, confirm your travel before you depart, and follow up with you afterwards. We may ask for feedback on your stay so we can update our team.
Destination and Travel News
With access to a large network of advisors and over 100,000 hotels, we can brief you on anything from new entrants to the market, under the radar destinations, recent hotel renovations, brand and cruise sales, and more. Sign up for email news here.
Travel Profile
To book a journey, we first set up your travel profile. This will include basic information so we can make a booking for you. For single bookings, a secure credit card link will be sent to you to input your card details. If you have rewards accounts (Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, etc.) we will add these to your profile to receive points for a direct booking. (You won't receive points if you book certain discounted rates). Further, the best use of your points on travel cards will be for airfare, allowing me to VIP your hotel experience, if applicable.
